I can tell you this from recent personal experience - it's really not fun. I think I'd rather be in my more normal state of hypothyroidism - I reckon that although it can make life difficult, it's easier to handle that this over active thyroid business! This apparently explains why so many people (including my husband), are seriously addicted to cheese. I mean my hubby on his own eats at least a half a kilo of cheese in a week (often more). That's a lot of cheese! At the moment he and I are on a detox type diet and that's the one thing he misses - his cheddar cheese (even tho he can have ricotta or cottage cheese - it's not the same....). Related posts:
