For the first week or so I felt pretty good. Then I started to get sinus type pain around my eyes that developed into a headache that was there constantly. I had itchy, sore eyes. Sore legs and hips. Most of the safer brands just don't do what they're supposed to because once you take out many of those dangerous ingredients, the formulas just don't work and if you've bought lipsticks that are supposed to be safe, and they say they're only made out of bees wax and natural colour (or something similar) guess what? The most I've ever fasted for before has been 2 days and I found that incredibly difficult, so this is going to be a challenge for me I think. I like eating!
