For the first week or so I felt pretty good. Then I started to get sinus type pain around my eyes that developed into a headache that was there constantly. I had itchy, sore eyes. Sore legs and hips. Muscle pain. I was crying or felt like crying over nothing and was having a real mission keeping my thoughts anywhere near positive or optimistic. I've also been losing hair - lots of hair. Most of the safer brands just don't do what they're supposed to because once you take out many of those dangerous ingredients, the formulas just don't work and if you've bought lipsticks that are supposed to be safe, and they say they're only made out of bees wax and natural colour (or something similar) guess what? They're lying! The formulation that they say they're using would not make a lipstick that would stay in a wind up stick and stay on your lips they way it's supposed to. Related posts:

Anyway, Zeolite has been shown to removed heavy metals from the body. That's pretty awesome in itself - but there's much more! Maybe one day I'll have the mindset to stick with it that long, but not at this time in my life. As I said in my previous post, two days has been my longest venture in the past and even those were not technically a fast, as I was having juice. No juice for me this time, so two days with no food is a first apart from bouts of 'tummy bugs' that I used to succumb to quite regularly in my younger days - not doubt due to my eating habits! The most I've ever fasted for before has been 2 days and I found that incredibly difficult, so this is going to be a challenge for me I think. I like eating! It's one my biggest problems and always has been and it's something that I really want to get a handle on. First I want to say that I love the Portable Infrared Sauna! During the four years that Ray and I lived back in New Zealand between 2004 and 2008, I came across and fell madly in love with the Portable Infrared Sauna.
