I've been going to buy the DVD 'Simply Raw' for some time now. If you haven't heard of it, it's a documentary in which a group of six people with diabetes (both type 1 and type 2 diabetes) switch to a diet consisting entirely of vegan, organic, uncooked foods for 30 days in order to reverse their diabetes without pharmaceutical medication. The six are challenged to give up meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, soda, junk food, fast food, processed food, packaged food, and even cooked food for 30 days while their results are monitored and their journey filmed.
