I’ve been making this not quite raw chocolate fudge off and on for a few years and it’s sooooo good! But I have a confession to make. If you use coconut palm sugar, then it’s actually not really raw. But it is a healthier version of traditional chocolate fudge, and it can be raw if you switch it up and use a raw sweetener….
I created this raw chocolate peppermint slice recipe a few years ago and it quickly became a favorite. However I haven’t made it since we’ve been back in NZ and I just came across it so decided to share. It’s good!
I’ve made this Avocado Mousse a number of times now for different people and they just don’t believe it’s avocado! Even people who don’t like avocado, like this mousse because it just tastes like a delicious, decadent, chocolate dessert. (Just don’t tell them what it’s made from until after they’ve eaten it!).
