I’ve been making this not quite raw chocolate fudge off and on for a few years and it’s sooooo good! But I have a confession to make. If you use coconut palm sugar, then it’s actually not really raw. But it is a healthier version of traditional chocolate fudge, and it can be raw if you switch it up and use a raw sweetener….
I created this raw chocolate peppermint slice recipe a few years ago and it quickly became a favorite. However I haven’t made it since we’ve been back in NZ and I just came across it so decided to share. It’s good!
I’ve made this Avocado Mousse a number of times now for different people and they just don’t believe it’s avocado! Even people who don’t like avocado, like this mousse because it just tastes like a delicious, decadent, chocolate dessert. (Just don’t tell them what it’s made from until after they’ve eaten it!).
If you’re looking for DōTERRA recipes, this one is a beauty! Perfect for Christmas or any special occasion, when I first tried these chocolate truffles made with avocado and chocolate, and flavoured with DōTERRA essential oils, I was like ‘OMG! These are SO good’ and you’d have no idea they contain avocado…
If you visit this site often enough, you’ll come to realise that I’m not into fluffing around with all sorts of fancy, complicated recipes. So as is my style, this is a really simple, quick, dairy free ice cream recipe and it’s made with just four ingredients (plus extras if you want them!).
